Offer and pricing
Supplier documentation lists a free tier at $0 per month with 120 transcription minutes monthly, files up to 30 minutes and 3 files per day. Paid tiers are listed at $6, $12 and $18 per month for 1200, 3000 and 6000 minutes respectively, with extra minutes sold separately at published rates. The same page appears to show annual prices ($72, $144 and $216 per year) and an advertised 40 percent discount, but this should be checked with the supplier before purchase.
Limits to check
The editor has not tested UniScribe; only the supplier's public documentation is used here. Prices, quotas, availability and terms can change and should be confirmed with the supplier. The free tier is documented with strict limits: 120 minutes per month, 30 minutes per file and 3 files per day.
What to check yourself
Before committing, open the supplier's pricing page and confirm the current monthly and annual rates, the included minutes, and the cost of extra minutes. Then test the free tier with one short audio or video file or a YouTube link, and check whether the transcript, summary and mind map match your needs. Also verify the supported export formats and language options for your content. Keep a short sample from your own workflow to judge accuracy before paying.
- Whether the free plan and paid plans remain exactly as listed should be confirmed with the supplier.
- Whether annual pricing and the advertised 40 percent discount apply in every region should be confirmed with the supplier.
